K&A advised Sanabil Investments, a wholly owned company of the PIF in relation to its $100 Million investment in a series B funding round in Tamara, a Saudi Arabian FinTech startup that allows merchants to use its buy-now-pay-later services. The investment will support Tamara in efforts to expand product offering.

The transaction was led by partners Zeyad Khoshaim and Leen Zaza, and associates Dana Aldhuwaihi and Naif Albattal.

This transaction comes on the back of K&A being named as the only Saudi Arabian law firm to be recognized and ranked Tier 1 by IFLR 1000 in all transactional areas, and further cements K&A’s position as one of the leading law firms in the market for VC, Private Equity and M&A.”
