Our firm includes a team of veteran Saudi Arabian and internationally qualified lawyers who assist on a wide range of practice areas, which includes Corporate & Regulatory (covering private and public mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and complex corporate restructurings), Dispute Resolution (both arbitration and litigation, and investigations), Finance & Projects (including project finance and Islamic finance transactions), Equity and Debt Capital Markets (including IPOs and sukuks), and Compliance and Corporate Governance (covering competition and anti-trust, data privacy, cybersecurity, and board responsibilities).

Our team is able to structure, draft, negotiate and execute transactions and has the track record to do so. The vast majority of our lawyers are professionally fluent in Arabic and English, which allows us to work on a wider scope of transactions involving due diligence of Arabic and English documents, drafting Arabic and English legislation for government clients, bespoke agreements, prospectuses and disclosures for the public securities markets.
