K&A acted as issuer’s counsel to Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) on its USD 2 billion five-year and a ten-year Islamic sukuk.

SEC, a Saudi Arabian publicly listed company — is the only entity in the kingdom that works on the transmission and distribution of electric power through 45 power generation plants in the country.

Managing Partner Zeyad Khoshaim commented “This transaction solidifies our role as the go to firm for capital markets transactions”.
