Mohammad Almania

Mohammed is a Washington DC qualified associate in our capital markets practice, whose practice focuses on advising issuers, shareholders and underwriters on equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings, rights issue, as well as private transactions, investment funds and public mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on issues relating to compliance and corporate governance.

Before joining the firm, Mohammad worked at local and international firms in Saudi Arabia, and he also trained at the legal department of a global leading investment research firm in London.

Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Laws from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Syracuse University College of Law.

Mohammad is fluent in Arabic and English.
