Abdullah is an associate. He works on a wide range of commercial transactions and general corporate advisory matters, such as corporate governance, compliance, and joint ventures. He is also closely involved in our regulatory practice, where he works on drafting laws and regulations, and advising clients on legislative issues.

Prior to joining K&A, Abdullah interned at a law firm and the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes, where he gained a thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian law and the judicial system.

Abdullah obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with First-Class honors from King Saud University and was ranked first among graduate students.
