Hamed is an associate who works on litigation, arbitration, and drafting regulations. Hamed is also involved in corporate and regulatory practices with a focus on commercial law, administrative law, and Sharia principles.
Prior to joining K&A, Hamed gained significant experience in multiple fields, including regulatory, corporate and litigation.
In terms of regulatory, he worked at the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers and was involved in regulating a number of litigation laws and other laws issued by Royal Orders, Royal Decrees, in addition to Council of Ministers decisions.
In terms of corporate and litigation, Hamed worked at two law firms for over two years, where he gained experience in pleading cases before all types of courts in Saudi Arabia and advised clients on various corporate and commercial transactions. He also worked in the litigation department at SEC on cases related to gas and electricity supply.
Hamed obtained an LLB in Law from King Saud University with First-Class Honors and was on the TOP10 list. Hamed was also recognized for being the ideal student of the College of Law and Political Science at King Saud University and the ideal student of King Saud University across all colleges.
