Mohammed is a New York and Washington DC qualified associate, whose practice focuses on advising issuers, shareholders and underwriters on equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings, rights issue, as well as private transactions, investment funds and public mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on issues relating to compliance and corporate governance.
Before joining the firm, Mohammad worked at an international firm in Saudi Arabia and trained at the legal department of a global leading investment research firm in London.
Mohammad holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University.
