Raghad is a Trainee Associate in our capital markets practice. She works on a variety of corporate and capital markets matters including public and private M&A,IPOs, governance and corporate compliance issues, and commercial structuring.

Prior to joining K&A, Raghad interned at a law firm where she gained a throughout understating of the Saudi Law.

Raghad has a Bachelor of Law, with a concentration in commercial law, from Prince Sultan University.
