K&A advised Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company (Dussur), on a joint venture with the leading additive manufacturing solutions provider, 3D Systems, Inc., to enable the development of Saudi Arabia's domestic additive manufacturing production capabilities, consistent with the Kingdom’s ‘Vision 2030,’ which is focused on diversification of the economy and long-term sustainability.

K&A’s work included spanned the full spectrum of legal services, including the structuring and drafting of the relevant transaction documents, and other regulatory advice.
