Abdulrahman is an Associate in K&A's Transactional and Advisory practice, where he advises clients on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters including on private and public M&A’s, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, and complex commercial transactions, and plays an active role in the structuring, drafting, and execution of transactions.

Abdulrahman regularly supports transactions involving sponsor-led acquisitions, minority and control investments, corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements, and governance frameworks, including matters arising under the Saudi Companies Law.

Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from Prince Sultan University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
