Amer is an Associate in K&A's Corporate practice, where he advises Saudi and international clients on a wide range of corporate, joint venture, private M&A, pre-IPO advisory, complex corporate restructuring and venture capital transactions.

Amer has previously worked several Capital Markets transaction including initial public offerings (IPOs) from both the issuer’s side and as underwriters’ counsel, as well as Sukuk issuances. This background strengthens his approach to corporate work, particularly in matters involving pre-IPO advisory, capital structuring, regulatory compliance and cross-border transactions.

Amer holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with honors from Prince Sultan University. Prior to joining K&A, he gained valuable experience through internships with a PIF subsidiary as in-house legal counsel and at an international law firm, giving him a strong perspective from both the client and private practice sides.

He is fluent in Arabic and English.
