Areej is an Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where she advises clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, including complex strategic joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining K&A, Areej led and supported on numerous corporate advisory, M&A, and corporate structuring matters, with experience spanning from initial deal planning to drafting and negotiating key transaction documents.

Areej holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class Honors from Dar Al-Hekma University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from University College London (UCL), where she graduated with Distinction and received a Distinction in her dissertation.

She is admitted to practice in both England & Wales and Saudi Arabia, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
