Bader is a Trainee Associate in Khoshaim & Associates’ Finance & Projects practice, where he advises government entities and major institutions on project development, public–private partnerships (PPPs), construction contracts, real estate development, intellectual property rights, regulatory frameworks, and compliance matters.

Prior to joining K&A, Bader trained at the Agency for Policy, Regulations, and Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, where he gained valuable exposure to regulatory development and policy implementation.

Bader holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Saud University, graduating with Excellent with Honors, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
