Bayan is an Associate in K&A’s Transactional and Advisory practice, where she advises Saudi and international clients on a broad range of equity and debt capital markets transactions. Her practice includes IPO’s, rights issues, public mergers and acquisitions, capital increases and reductions, corporate governance, corporate restructurings, and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Bayan completed a six-month secondment as external legal counsel to the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where she provided on-the-ground support to the Board and Board Committees Division, advising on governance, regulatory, and transactional matters.

Prior to joining K&A, Bayan trained and practiced at Baker McKenzie, where she worked on complex domestic and cross-border corporate and capital markets transactions, including innovative transaction structures and cross-listing matters.

Bayan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Corporate Law from Prince Sultan University. Bayan is fluent in Arabic and English.
