Khaled is a Trainee Associate in K&A’s Capital Markets practice, where he assists in advising clients on initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, capital alternations, debt capital markets, and complex corporate governance matters.

Before joining K&A, Khaled trained at a prominent law firm in Riyadh, where he gained experience across a wide range of legal matters, including corporate advisory and transaction structuring. This exposure helped him develop a solid foundation in legal drafting and regulatory analysis within the Saudi legal framework.

Khaled holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Prince Sultan University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
