Najla is a Trainee Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where she assists in advising clients on corporate governance, restructurings, joint ventures, and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Her primary focus lies in corporate advisory and private M&A transactions, where she supports senior lawyers in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents.

Prior to joining K&A, Najla worked at a law firm, gaining valuable experience in commercial matters, litigation, and government projects. This background has provided her with a solid understanding of Saudi corporate and commercial laws, enabling her to deliver practical and precise legal advice.

Najla holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from King Saud University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
