Najla Alessa is a Trainee Associate in our corporate practice. She specializes in advising clients on complex corporate governance, restructuring, joint ventures, and private M&A transactions. Her primary focus is corporate advisory and private M&A, where she has advised companies on a range of transactions and corporate matters.

Prior to joining K&A, Najla worked at a law firm, gaining experience in commercial matters, litigation, and government projects. This background has provided her with a strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws, enabling her to deliver precise and effective legal advice.

Najla obtained her LLB with honors from King Saud University.
