Nawaf is a Trainee Associate in our Corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory across diverse sectors, including manufacturing and technology. Prior to joining the firm, Nawaf gained valuable experience through multiple internships at leading law firms and completed an in-house internship with a RegTech startup.

Nawaf holds an LLB from SOAS, University of London, and an LLM in Competition Law from King’s College London.

He is fluent in Arabic and English.
