Senior Associate
Neil is a Senior Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where he provides strategic corporate advisory services to a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to multinational corporations operating across the MENA region. His expertise covers mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, complex joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, with a focus on delivering commercially driven and pragmatic solutions.
Prior to joining K&A, Neil worked at leading U.S. law firms in Dubai, advising on a wide range of mandates including capital restructurings, commercial advisory matters, and acquisitions in the hospitality and retail sectors. He began his career as a trainee solicitor with one of the largest international law firms in the UAE, where he gained experience in foreign direct investment, asset disposals, and pre-IPO restructurings.
Neil holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from the University of Exeter (England) and completed his Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Law School in Manchester, England. He is fluent in English.
