Associate
Nourah is an Associate in K&A’s Finance and Projects practice, where she advises on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including bilateral and syndicated financings, project finance, and financial regulatory advisory. She has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in structuring, drafting, and negotiating finance documentation, as well as advising on regulatory compliance and Shariah-aligned financing structures under Saudi law.
Prior to joining K&A, Nourah interned with the Legal Affairs Department at SABIC, where she contributed to the review and analysis of commercial contracts and supported the team on various corporate and regulatory matters.
Nourah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class Honors from King Saud University, and has completed Harvard Law School’s “Contract Law” course. She also holds a certificate from the IIFM Standards Master Class on Hedging and Liquidity Management, issued by the International Islamic Financial Market (IIFM) in partnership with Dar Al Sharia.
She is fluent in Arabic and English.
