Omar is a Trainee Associate in K&A’s Transactional and Advisory practice, where he assists in advising clients on a broad range of transactional and complex corporate advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, and general corporate advisory work.

Prior to joining K&A, Omar was trained at several premier law firms, where he gained valuable experience in corporate matters, capital markets, and regulatory matters.

Omar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from King Saud University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
