Raid is a Trainee Associate in K&A Transactional and Advisory practice, where he assists in advising clients on a broad range of transactional and complex corporate advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, and general corporate advisory work.

Prior to joining K&A, Raid worked in listed bank in KSA, where he gained exposure to the legal and regulatory framework governing commercial and financial activities.

Raid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with First Class Honors from King Abdulaziz University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
