Rana is an Associate in K&A's Transactional and Advisory practice, where she advises on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory.

Rana also has experience advising on legislative and policy development, regulatory reform initiatives, and privatization projects, and frequently works with government-related entities and private sector clients.

Prior to joining K&A, Rana trained and practiced at regional, and international law firms, where she gained experience across transactional and advisory matters.

Rana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class Honors from King Abdulaziz University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Rana is fluent in Arabic and English.
