Sadeem is an Associate in K&A’s Transactional andAdvisory practice, where she focuses on corporate and commercial matters. Herexperience spans a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, includingM&A, capital markets, investment funds and corporate governance. She hasadvised on both public and private transactions across a range of sectors inSaudi Arabia.

Prior to joining K&A, Sadeem practiced atLinklaters in Riyadh, where she advised on capital markets and corporatetransactions. She previously trained at White & Case and the Capital MarketAuthority, where she gained experience in regulatory and legislative matters.

Sadeem holds an LL.M. from the University ofPennsylvania Carey Law School and a Business and Law Certificate from theWharton School. She also holds an LL.B. with First Class Honours from King SaudUniversity, where she was selected for the Distinguished & Talented StudentsProgram. During her studies, she won First Place and the Best Respondent Awardat the 2022 Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration International Moot and wasnamed Best Debater in the 2022 University Debate League.

Sadeem is a Saudi-qualified lawyer and wasrecognized as one of Law Middle East’s “Saudi Arabia’s Rising Stars” in 2025.She is fluent in Arabic and English.
