Salma is an Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where she advises clients on a broad range of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements. She has experience acting for companies, government entities, private equity firms, management teams, and entrepreneurs across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.

Prior to joining K&A, Salma worked with leading international law firms in Paris and Cairo for over seven years, where she advised on investment arbitration cases, as well as large-scale acquisitions, disposals, and joint venture transactions. Her international background provides her with a deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks and cross-border structuring.

Salma holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Egyptian Law and French Law from Cairo University, and two Master’s degrees from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she graduated with High Honors.

She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
