Saud is an Associate in K&A’s Finance and Projects practice, where he advises clients on a wide range of banking, finance, and project development matters. His work includes assisting lenders, borrowers, and project sponsors in structuring, drafting, and negotiating finance documentation, as well as advising on regulatory compliance and financial restructuring under Saudi law.

Before joining K&A, Saud worked at a Saudi law firm, where he gained broad experience across dispute resolution, corporate law, capital markets, and banking. He also advised on cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, allowing him to bring a commercially informed perspective to his financing work.

Saud holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class Honors from King Saud University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
