Shahad is a Trainee Associate in K&A's Transactional and Advisory practice, where she assists in advising Saudi and international clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory work.

She is involved in complex transactional matters, assisting with legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, and advising on commercial agreements, as well as supporting regulatory filings and approval processes, including GAC filings. In addition, Shahad has also been involved in dispute resolution matters, assisting with the preparation of legal memoranda and submissions in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Shahad holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from King Saud University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
