K&A advised Wa’ed Ventures, in relation to its investment in a series A funding round in Manafa, a Saudi Arabian FinTech startup that provides investment and financing solutions to SMEs. Manafa’s unique business includes offering debt and equity financing based on a crowdfunding model.
