Sabina specializes in cross-border financing transactions, with experience in advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investment funds and corporate borrowers across the GCC, Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America. Her practice spans leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending, structured finance, private credit and broader corporate lending, with a focus on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
