Sabina Passi is a Counsel in K&A’s UAE Transactional and Advisory practice, where she advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investment funds, government-related entities, and corporate borrowers to lead and deliver sophisticated financing solutions. Her practice covers leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated finance, structured finance, private credit, corporate finance, and FI lending, with a focus on structuring and executing strategically significant transactions.

Sabina is a cross-border financing specialist with a strong track record of leading complex, high-value transactions. Having practiced in Australia, England, and the United Arab Emirates, she regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional deals spanning the GCC, APAC, Europe, and North America.

Prior to joining K&A, Sabina practiced at leading US and international law firms in Australia, London, and the United Arab Emirates. She is often praised by clients for her technical brilliance, responsiveness, and ability to navigate complex financing issues.

Sabina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Queensland and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, and the High Court of Australia.
