Naryman is a Senior Associate in K&A’s Finance and Projects practice, where she advises clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including corporate finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, asset-based finance, and restructurings.

She has acted for banks, government lenders, funds, export credit agencies (ECAs), corporates, and project sponsors across various industries on Saudi, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Naryman also regularly advises banks and financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters, leveraging her strong understanding of Saudi financial sector regulations.

Prior to joining K&A, Naryman worked at both an international law firm and a local Saudi law firm, gaining broad exposure across multiple practice areas while focusing her work on banking, finance, and regulatory advisory. Her experience has provided her with a deep understanding of financing structures in Saudi Arabia, enabling her to advise both lenders and borrowers from a transactional and local law perspective.

Naryman holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial Law (with Distinction) from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom. She is fluent in English.
