K&A has concluded the year with another successful public offering, with the listing of the Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef) shares on the main market.

Luberef’s IPO is considered a great addition to the Saudi Exchange, as it is one of the largest IPOs in KSA history. The IPO also included offering to international investors under Regulation S.

The K&A team was led by Managing Partner Zeyad Khoshaim and associate Ghaida Meaigel, and a team comprising Duaa Amer, Raghad Alhumaidan, Yazeed AlSayari, Modi Alnafea, Yousef Tolah, Abdullah Alshakrah, Naif Albattal, Yazeed Almogren, Danah Ohali, Meshal Alkolaika, Noura Alabduljabbar and Senior Associates Naryman Alkassimi and Mohammed Almania.

This comes on the back of K&A having a record year in capital markets including acting as underwriters counsel on the first of a kind dual and concurrent offering and listing of Americana Restaurants PLC in Saudi Arabia and the United Arabi Emirates, closing the successful share swap between Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) and the National Petrochemical Company(Petrochem), advising Al Rajhi Bank on its SAR 10 billion Sukuk issuance, advising Petro Rabigh on its SAR 7.95 billion rights issue, and advising Saudi Real Estate Co. on its SAR 1.6 billion rights issue, and many others.
