K&A advised Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Ventures Company Limited (Waed) in relation to its multi million bridge round investment in YNMO, the EdTech platform dedicated to improving the quality of educational support provided to children with special needs.

The investment will support YNMO’s efforts to empower teachers and practitioners who work in the field of early childhood and disability in the MENA region.

The transaction was led by partner Leen Zaza, and supported by partners Zeyad Khoshaim and Basma Khashoggi, associates Yousef Tolah, Dana Aldhuwaihi, Naif Albattal, and Duaa Amer.
