Associate
Abdullah is an Associate in K&A’s Dispute Resolution team, where he assists in litigation, arbitration, and advisory work across a range of commercial and regulatory disputes. His experience includes supporting counsel in cases before Saudi courts and arbitral tribunals, as well as preparing legal memoranda and opinions that help clients navigate complex disputes effectively.
Prior to joining K&A, Abdullah worked at a specialized securities disputes firm, where he assisted in matters before the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD). His work included cases concerning the liability of board members of listed companies and fund managers’ responsibility for investment losses, giving him strong exposure to capital markets enforcement.
Abdullah holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) with honors from Prince Sultan University. He also earned a Shariah Counsellor Certificate in Islamic Financial Jurisprudence and Dispute Resolution through the Fellowship Program of the Saudi Judicial Scientific Association, and has been awarded the Certificate in Introduction to Securities & Investment (CME-1A and CME-1B) from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
He is fluent in Arabic and English.
