Nawaf is an Associate in K&A’s Capital Markets practice, where he assists in advising clients on a wide range of equity and debt capital markets transactions. His experience includes supporting on initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, sukuk and debt capital markets (DCM) issuances, and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also contributes to matters involving corporate governance, disclosure obligations, and regulatory compliance under the Capital Market Authority (CMA) framework and Tadawul Listing Rules.

Nawaf holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Saud University, graduating with First Class Honors, and ranked among the top five students in his class. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
