Associate
Omar is an Associate in K&A’s Advisory practice, where he advises public, private, and non-profit sector clients on regulatory, legislative, governance, and institutional structuring matters.
His practice focuses on regulatory and legislative advisory work, including drafting laws and regulations, conducting regulatory assessments, preparing legal studies and benchmarking analyses, and advising on the design and implementation of governance frameworks and institutional structures. He also supports clients in identifying regulatory and operational risks and developing practical solutions aligned with Saudi regulatory frameworks.
Prior to joining K&A, Omar gained experience in private practice on dispute-related matters, including pleadings and legal memoranda. He also completed a co-op training at the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers, where he was involved in reviewing draft legislation and regulations.
Omar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Saud University (with Honors) and is fluent in Arabic and English.
