Omran is an Associate in K&A’s Finance and Projects practice, where he advises clients on a range of banking, project finance, and restructuring transactions. He has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in structuring, drafting, and negotiating financing arrangements across various sectors. His work also includes advising on regulatory compliance and financial restructuring mandates within the Saudi market.

Before joining K&A, Omran worked at a regional law firm in Saudi Arabia, where he advised on numerous public and private M&A transactions, capital market listings, and corporate advisory matters, including foreign investment, governance, restructuring, and employment law. This cross-disciplinary background enables him to approach finance transactions with a strong commercial and regulatory perspective.

Omran obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in the United Kingdom. He also holds a certificate from Harvard Law School for completing the “Financial Analysis and Valuation for Lawyers” program.

He is fluent in Arabic and English.
