K&A successfully acted on the SAR 4.5 billion sukuk issuance program of Arabian Centers Company (Cenomi Centers), and on the inaugural SAR2.05 billion sukuk offering there under - the largest public sukuk offering of the year. The SAR 2.05 billion sukuk were listed and admitted to trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on 30 November 2025.

K&A advised Al Rajhi Capital Company in its capacities as Arranger, Dealer, Sukukholders’ Agent, Payment Administrator, and Financial Advisor to Cenomi Centers for the establishment of the sukuk programme and the offering.

Cenomi Centers is a flagship owner, operator and developer of shopping centers and malls across major cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
