K&A successfully advised SNB Capital in its role as underwriter, financial adviser, bookrunner, and lead manager in connection with the initial public offering (IPO) of Al Ramz Real Estate Company (“Al Ramz” ) on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). The offering comprised 30% of the Company’s share capital post-offer, and marks a significant milestone for Al Ramz as it enters the public market.

Al Ramz is a Saudi real estate development company focused on the development and delivery of residential and commercial real estate projects, including residential communities, commercial units, and mixed-use developments that support urban growth and evolving demand in key markets across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The offering forms part of the company’s strategic growth plans and represents an important milestone in its access to public capital markets.

The K&A team was led by Managing Partner Zeyad Khoshaim and Counsel Ghaida Meaigel, supported by associates of the firm’s Capital Markets practice.
