Saud is an Associate in K&A’s Capital Markets practice, where he advises on a broad range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance matters. He also provides counsel on general corporate and regulatory compliance issues under the Capital Market Authority (CMA) framework.

Before joining K&A, Saud worked as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis, deal execution, and transaction structuring, enhancing his ability to bridge legal and financial considerations in capital markets transactions.

Saud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the State of California and is fluent in English and Arabic.
