K&A advised BSF Capital in its role as underwriter, financial adviser, bookrunner and lead manager in relation to the initial public offering of Sport Clubs Company (SCC) on the Saudi Exchange’s main market. 

SCC establishes, manages, and operates its own sport clubs, including men’s sports clubs under the known brand “Body Masters” and women’s sports clubs under the “Body Motions” brand. The Company also offers integrated sports facility services to corporate and other clients, under the brand Body Experts.

Launched in 1994, SCC operates 56 branches across 18 cities in the Kingdom, and its portfolio includes 41 men’s clubs under the Body Masters brand, and 15 women’s clubs under the Body Motions brand. SCC’s trading commenced with a market cap that exceeded SAR 850 million, having successfully closed its IPO with great demand from institutional and retail investors.
