Rahaf is an Associate in Khoshaim  & Associates’ Regulatory practice, she provides advisory  services to both the public and private sectors in the areas of public  policy, legislation, and regulatory issues, with particular expertise in the  insurance sector and capital market governance.

Rahaf’s practice focuses on regulatory and legislative  aspects and includes drafting and amending laws and regulations, conducting  comparative legal studies, assessing the current regulatory landscape and  legislative gaps, preparing due diligence reports, and advising on the  implementation of legal and regulatory frameworks.

Prior to joining  the firm, Rahaf worked at a law firm where she gained experience in  regulatory, legislative, and corporate matters. She also supported government  entities in the establishment of centers and affiliated authorities. In  addition, Rahaf has provided legal advice on compliance and governance  matters, including advising a start-up insurance company, and has experience  advising on compliance standards applicable to companies operating in the  insurance and capital market sectors.

Rahaf holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with honors  from King Saud University.

Rahaf is fluent in Arabic and English.
