Rahaf is an Associate in K&A's Advisory practice, where she advises public and private sector clients on public policy, legislative, and regulatory matters.

Her practice focuses on regulatory and legislative advisory work, including the drafting and amendment of laws and regulations, conducting comparative legal studies, assessing regulatory frameworks and legislative gaps, preparing due diligence reports, and advising on the implementation of legal and regulatory regimes.

Prior to joining K&A, Rahaf worked at a law firm where she gained experience across regulatory, legislative, and corporate matters, and supported government entities in the establishment of centers and affiliated authorities. She has also advised on compliance and governance matters, including providing legal advice to a start-up insurance company, and has experience advising on compliance standards applicable to companies operating in the insurance and capital markets sectors.

Rahaf holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from King Saud University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
