Reema is an Associate in K&A’s Capital Markets practice, where she advises clients on initial public offerings (IPOs), investment funds, public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance matters. Her work also includes regulatory analysis and compliance advisory, including assessing business activities and model to determine the full scope of applicable legal and regulatory requirements across relevant authorities and regimes in Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining K&A, Reema gained experience in both the public and private sectors, including work on a Vision 2030 program, where she contributed to developing legislative frameworks, establishing government committees, and drafting operational regulations. This experience has provided her with a strong understanding of regulatory processes and government policymaking in Saudi Arabia. 

Reema holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
