Reema is an Associate in K&A's Capital Markets practice, where she assists in advising clients on initial public offerings (IPOs), sukuk issuances, public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance matters. She supports senior lawyers in preparing transaction documents, conducting regulatory reviews, and ensuring compliance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) framework and Tadawul Listing Rules.

Prior to joining K&A, Reema gained experience in both the public and private sectors, including work on one of the Vision 2030 programs, where she contributed to developing legislative frameworks, establishing government committees, and formulating operational regulations. This experience has provided her with a strong understanding of regulatory processes and government policymaking in Saudi Arabia.

Reema holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
