Salman Aloraifi is a Partner in K&A’s Regulatory practice, where he advises public and private sector clients on regulatory frameworks, legislative drafting, public policy development, and institutional capacity-building. His work focuses on enabling clients to navigate Saudi Arabia’s evolving regulatory landscape, particularly in connection with Vision 2030 initiatives and major national transformation programs.
With a career spanning both government service and private practice, Salman brings a unique perspective to advising clients on regulatory reform, public procurement frameworks, governance structures, and compliance implementation. He regularly works with ministries, government-related entities, and regulatory bodies on strategic mandates involving policy development, legislative reform, and regulatory advisory across a wide range of sectors.
Prior to rejoining K&A, Salman served as General Counsel of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, where he played a leading role in shaping national regulatory and policy matters. Before that, he was a Partner at Dentons, advising on significant regulatory and dispute mandates.
Salman is a Saudi-qualified lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Abdulaziz University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
