Hamad is an Associate in K&A's Dispute Resolution and Advisory practice, where he advises clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes under Saudi law. He brings a strong understanding of transactional dynamics to his disputes work, having previously been involved in corporate and transactional matters, which allows him to approach disputes with a practical, commercially informed perspective.

Hamad regularly assists clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, including disputes arising from joint ventures, private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and foreign direct investment arrangements. His experience enables him to support clients not only in contentious proceedings, but also on dispute avoidance, risk mitigation, and pre-dispute advisory, helping clients anticipate and manage potential areas of conflict at the structuring and execution stages of transactions.

Hamad holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Saud University, graduating with Distinction, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
