Hamad is a Trainee Associate in K&A's Corporate practice, where he assists in advising clients on a wide range of transactional and complex corporate advisory matters. His work includes joint ventures, private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex corporate restructurings, foriegn direct investments and general corporate advisory.

His growing experience also includes supporting clients on foreign investment structuring and corporate governance matters under Saudi law.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Saud University, where he graduated with distinction, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
