K&A has been named Saudi Arabia Litigation Law Firm of the Year at the Chambers Middle East Awards 2026, recognizing the firm’s role in high-stakes disputes, investigations and contentious regulatory matters in Saudi Arabia.

The award reflects the strength of K&A’s litigation and investigations practice, which advises clients on complex mandates involving Saudi law, Sharia principles, regulatory frameworks and proceedings before Saudi courts, enforcement courts, the Board of Grievances and specialist committees.

K&A’s disputes team combines courtroom experience with boardroom critical analysis of commercial disputes, construction and energy disputes, financial crimes, white-collar prosecution, corporate litigation, enforcement, bankruptcy, labour and capital markets-related matters.

The practice is led by Managing Partner Zeyad S. Khoshaim, who has extensive experience in high-stakes litigation, arbitrations, regulatory disputes, and expert opinions; and Partner Abdullah Alajlan who is known of his handling of complex litigation matters, including construction, energy, corporate and commercial disputes.
