Hisham is a Senior Associate in K&A’s Dispute Resolution practice, where he specializes in litigation, investigations, white-collar crime, and arbitration matters. He advises and represents clients across various sectors before Saudi courts and arbitral tribunals across a wide range of commercial and regulatory disputes, including fraud, financial misconduct, breach of trust, and corporate investigations.

Hisham is known for his strong advocacy and deep understanding of Sharia law and Saudi judicial processes, enabling him to effectively manage high-stakes disputes and enforcement proceedings involving government authorities and financial regulators. He also regularly counsels clients on compliance investigations, internal inquiries, and dispute settlement strategies.

Before joining K&A, Hisham worked as a lawyer and counsel at leading Saudi law firms, and trained with an international US/Hong Kong law firm and at the Duke Law Clinic. Over his career, he has argued more than 200 cases before various Saudi courts and has been nominated twice to serve as a judge in the Kingdom.

Hisham holds an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law (U.S.), specializing in alternative dispute resolution and business law, an LL.M. from the Higher Judicial Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia Law from Imam Mohammad bin Saud Islamic University.

He is fluent in Arabic and English.
