Abdullah is ranked by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 for his expertise in commercial litigation and arbitration. His practice spans disputes across construction, energy, securities, employment, and shareholder matters, and he has represented clients before Saudi courts and arbitral tribunals in some of the market’s most sophisticated cases.

Before joining K&A, Abdullah served as a Legal Advisor at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), where he gained hands-on experience in capital markets regulation, enforcement, and compliance. He began his career at a specialist dispute resolution firm, developing a strong foundation in commercial litigation and advisory work.

Abdullah has handled several landmark cases, including arbitration and litigation arising from giga-projects, infrastructure developments, and regulatory enforcement actions.

Abdullah is known for his strategic insight, calm advocacy, and deep understanding of Saudi judicial and arbitral frameworks, which make him a trusted advisor to leading corporates, financial institutions, and government entities navigating complex legal challenges.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Saud University and a Master’s in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University, and is admitted to practice in Saudi Arabia. Abdullah is fluent in Arabic and English.
