Senior Associate
Mohammed is a Senior Associate in K&A’s Dispute Resolution practice, where he represents clients in litigation, arbitration, investigations, and white-collar crime matters. He regularly appear before Saudi courts, administrative boards, and arbitral tribunals. His practice covers a wide range of disputes, including commercial, employment, capital markets, enforcement, bankruptcy, and Sharia-based matters.
He advises clients on internal investigations, fraud, financial misconduct, and regulatory enforcement actions, often involving large corporates, giga projects and government authorities. Mohammed also provides pre-contentious legal advice and strategic risk assessments, assisting clients in navigating complex disputes and compliance challenges under Saudi law.
In addition to his disputes work, Mohammed drafts and reviews commercial contracts and settlement agreements, and supports the firm’s Corporate and Projects practices in managing disputes arising from major transactions and infrastructure projects.
Before joining K&A, Mohammed worked as a lawyer at a leading Saudi law firm, where he gained significant experience advising on Companies Law, Labor Law, Capital Market Law, Enforcement Law, Bankruptcy Law, and Sharia matters. He has prepared legal memoranda, pleadings, and position papers for complex multi-party disputes and regulatory cases.
Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from King Saud University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business and Commercial Law from Indiana University. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
