Mohammad is an Associate in K&A’s Capital Markets practice, where he advises clients on initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, complex restructurings, sukuk issuances, capital alterations and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also regularly supports the firm’s Corporate, Regulatory, and Dispute Resolution practices, providing specialized advice on capital markets and Shariah law matters.

Before joining K&A, Mohammad worked at a prominent law firm, where he advised on a wide range of regulatory and public policy matters, including drafting laws, implementing regulations, and corporate governance frameworks. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in regulatory analysis, compliance, and policy development.

Mohammad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia Law from Imam Mohammad bin Saud University, graduating with First Class Honors and was selected as the University Commencement Speaker. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
