Meshal is a Counsel in K&A’s Corporate practice, specializing in private and public mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial agreements, corporate governance, and restructurings. A Saudi-qualified lawyer, he advises leading Saudi and international clients on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions in the Kingdom, with particular strength in transactions involving strategic assets, government-related entities, and large corporates.

Meshal has extensive experience advising across a broad range of sectors, including industrial manufacturing, energy, petrochemicals, maritime, infrastructure, technology, hospitality, financial services, and consumer businesses. His practice combines deep transactional execution with a strong understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks, enabling him to support clients on share-swap transactions, privatizations, acquisitions of regulated entities, and multi-jurisdictional investments.

He also advises venture capital and growth-stage investors on investments in leading regional startups, and regularly supports multinational companies on corporate restructurings, regional headquarters (RHQ) establishments, and market entry into Saudi Arabia. Meshal is frequently engaged by listed and private companies on corporate governance frameworks, constitutional documents, and board-level advisory matters. Meshal is recognized as a “Rising Star” by Law Middle East (2025) and is fluent in Arabic and English.
